Shipping policy

When my order will be dispatched?


Our cutoff time is 9.00 am . Orders placed before cutoff will be dispatched same day . Orders Placed after cutoff time will be dispatched next day.

How can i track my order?


We will send tracking id and link to your whatsapp within 15 minutes of placing an order. You can simply follow the link to track your order.

How much time it will take to get my order ?


If you are from bihar it will take will take 2-3 days. If you are outside from bihar it will take 4-5 days to deliver your order.

What if i don't get my order?


If your order is not delivered within 15 days . We will issue a full refund to you. Please raise a query to Bookishtan Care

Can i cancel my order?


You can cancel your order before it is dispatched.

Is there any shipping charge applicable?


We offer free shipping for orders above 500. For orders below 500, shipping charges are applicable which depends upon your pincode and weight of the product. Your shipping charge is reflected on the final checkout page.
